These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by AKZ Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

AKZ Marketing LLC provides digital marketing, web development, media buying, and related professional services. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or systems

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AKZ Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for clients under service agreements transfers to clients upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of two (2) years.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKZ Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for material breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
