Welcome to ReplyGenius ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by TigerApps / AKZ Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ReplyGenius — AI Reply Writer ("the App").

ReplyGenius uses artificial intelligence to help you generate chat replies, improve messages, write dating responses, create captions, and compose emails. To do this, the text you enter is processed through our secure API.

By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

📱 Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

• Chat messages or text you paste into the app for AI processing
• Screenshots of conversations you upload for AI analysis
• Context or additional notes you type into input fields
• Selected preferences such as tone, language, and reply length

Locally Stored Data:

• Your reply history (stored on your device only)
• Credit balance and usage counts
• Selected language and tone preferences
• API key if you choose to enter your own (stored locally, never sent to our servers)

Automatically Collected Information:

• Device type and operating system version (via ad networks)
• Advertising ID (for personalized ads, if applicable)
• App usage analytics (crash reports, feature usage via AppLovin)
• IP address (collected by our API server and third-party ad services for rate limiting and abuse prevention)

🤖 AI Processing — How Your Text Is Used

When you tap "Generate", the text you entered is sent to:

1. Our Vercel API server — which authenticates the request and forwards it to Claude AI. Your text is not stored on this server.
2. Anthropic's Claude AI — which processes the text and returns a generated reply. Anthropic may retain API inputs for a limited period for safety monitoring per their Privacy Policy.

The generated reply is returned to your device and optionally saved to your local reply history. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your messages on our servers.

🎯 How We Use Information

• To generate AI-powered chat replies, captions, and email responses
• To manage your daily free credit allowance and paid credit balance
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting (IP address used temporarily)
• To show relevant advertisements via AppLovin MAX
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To process in-app purchases via Google Play

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

💾 Data Storage

On your device (local only):

• Reply history — the last 50 replies you generated
• Credits balance and daily usage counter
• Language and tone preferences
• Custom API key (if entered)

On our servers (temporary):

• Your submitted text is passed through our API to Claude AI and is not stored
• IP address is used only for rate limiting (requests per minute) and is not logged permanently

Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can clear your reply history at any time in Settings → Clear Reply History.

📸 Screenshot Processing

If you use the screenshot feature, the image is:

• Converted to a compressed format on your device
• Sent to our API and forwarded to Claude AI for analysis
• Not stored on our servers or by TigerApps
• Processed by Anthropic per their privacy policy

Only upload screenshots of your own conversations. Do not upload screenshots containing other people's private information without their consent.

💳 Credits System

ReplyGenius uses a credit system to manage AI generation usage:

• Free daily credits — 10 free credits reset every day at midnight, stored locally on your device
• Rewarded ads — Watch up to 3 ads per day to earn +5 credits each, tracked locally
• Paid credits — Purchased via Google Play Billing, balance stored locally

Credit balances are stored on your device only. They are not synced across devices or backed up to our servers.

📢 Advertising

ReplyGenius uses AppLovin MAX to display advertisements including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. AppLovin may collect and use data to show relevant ads including:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• App usage data

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Going to Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Purchasing the "Remove Ads" option within the app

🛒 In-App Purchases

ReplyGenius offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.

Available purchases:

• 50 Credits ($0.99) — 50 AI reply generations
• 200 Credits ($2.99) — 200 AI reply generations
• Unlimited Monthly ($4.99/mo) — Unlimited generations for 30 days
• Remove Ads ($2.99) — Permanently removes all advertisements

🔔 Notifications

With your permission, ReplyGenius may send a daily reminder notification when your free daily credits reset. These notifications are:

• Scheduled locally on your device
• Not sent through any external server
• Fully controlled by you in Android Settings

You can disable notifications at any time in Android Settings → Apps → ReplyGenius → Notifications.

👶 Children's Privacy

ReplyGenius is rated for users 13 and older. The app processes user-submitted text through AI, which is not appropriate for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you believe a child under 13 has used this app and submitted personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate action.

🌍 International Users

ReplyGenius is available worldwide and supports 20 languages. When you generate a reply, your text is processed through our API server (hosted in the United States via Vercel) and Anthropic's AI infrastructure. By using the app, you consent to this data transfer.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

🔄 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude AI — AI text generation (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — API hosting and serverless functions (Privacy Policy)
• AppLovin MAX — Ad mediation and monetization (Privacy Policy)
• Google Play Billing — In-app purchases
• Google Play Services — App distribution and updates
• Flutter (Google) — App framework (open source, no data collection)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

✏️ Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Your reply history is visible within the app at all times
• Delete — Clear your reply history in Settings → Clear Reply History, or uninstall the app to delete all local data
• Opt out of ads — Purchase "Remove Ads" or use Android ad settings to opt out of personalized ads
• Use your own API key — Enter your own Anthropic API key in Settings to route requests directly to Anthropic, bypassing our server entirely
• GDPR/CCPA requests — Contact us at the email below for data access, correction, or deletion requests

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
